2024-25 Housing Applications

• First Year students for Fall 2024: You will receive notification by email when the housing portal is open for you. Take a look at our web page for First Year students for helpful info!
• Returning Residents: Reapplication was in February & March. Rising sophomores who did not meet the March 1 deadline may apply, but assignment will be made in July.
• Off-campus Students: Please contact us for portal access. Applications submitted during the Summer are assigned on a Space-Available basis in July.
• New Transfer Students: Due to high demand for transfer housing, the application for transfers is closed.
• Grad students: We do not offer graduate housing in residence halls. Please visit the SMU Apartments website for information and the application.

Fall 2024 Move In

Info about Fall Move in and appointments for move in are located in the menu under Move in 2024 Fall 2024. You must have a completed 2024-25 application to view this option.
